Can you rebuild a whole deck?
We handle repairs, board and railing replacement, stairs and sealing. Full rebuilds and structural work are quoted after a site visit and may need a permit from your town.
My railing moves when I lean on it. Is that urgent?
Yes. Stay off that section and call. A loose railing is one of the most common deck injuries.
How often should a deck be sealed?
Usually every 1 to 3 years. Sprinkle water on it: if it soaks in within minutes, it's time.
Do you work on rental properties?
