How customers opt in

Customers contact Profix Handyman Services by phone, by text or through our website to request service. Once their request is handled, our team member asks for permission before any text is sent. Only customers who say yes are added, and we record their consent with the date and how it was given. A confirmation text is sent right after they agree.

The script we read

“Thanks for contacting Profix Handyman Services. May we send you text updates about your job, quotes, invoices and follow-ups? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

Confirmation text

“Profix Handyman Services: You’re signed up for job updates, quotes, invoices and follow-ups. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

What you will receive

• Appointment and job updates
• Quotes and invoice reminders
• Replies to your texts and missed calls
• Review requests after completed work

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to get service.
