Questions

Do you handle mold?

If we find mold larger than about 10 square feet, we recommend a mold remediation professional before we rebuild, following EPA guidance. Small surface spots on hard surfaces we clean as part of the job.

Will you work with my insurance?

We give you a written estimate and before-and-after photos you can send to your adjuster. Payment terms are between you and your insurer.

Can you fix the leak too?

We dispatch plumbing help for the source, then do the restoration, so you have one point of contact.

Do you do this for rental turnovers?

Yes. Water-damaged units are a common part of our turnover work for property managers.
