Questions
How fast can you turn a unit?
It depends on the scope. A paint-and-touch-up turn moves much faster than a full rehab. You get a target finish date with the written scope.
Do you work with single-family rental operators?
Yes. We already handle work orders for a national single-family rental operator, and we bring the same system to independent landlords.
Can I track jobs?
Yes. Clients get a portal login to submit and track every work order with photos.
Do you offer net terms?
Net terms are available for approved property management accounts. Our vendor packet covers W-9 and COI requests.
