One visit every season. Fewer surprises.
Chicago winters and summers are hard on buildings. A ProFix plan schedules the right checks at the right time of year, for single homes or whole portfolios.
Spring
AC tune-up, sump pump test, gutter cleaning, exterior caulk and paint touch-ups, screen repair.
Summer
AC check, deck and fence staining, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, window seals.
Fall
Furnace tune-up, gutter clean-out, weatherstripping, outdoor faucet shut-off, smoke and CO detector test.
Winter
Frozen pipe prevention, humidifier service, holiday lighting, drywall and interior repair season.
Prices shown are examples until confirmed in your written quote. Plans renew monthly and can be canceled anytime. Repairs found during a visit are quoted separately at plan-member rates.
